微波斷層測試
-運用微波使水分子振動的原理,偵測建築物料內結構層的濕度。
-使用不同深度的探頭(30mm、70mm及110mm)
測試結構內層濕度,能夠探測到未能以紅外線掃描的深層滲漏。
-通過量度不同位置及深度的濕度百分比,組成微波濕度分佈圖,
從而分析到滲水源頭、路線、深度及覆蓋範圍。

航拍外牆偵測
-以航拍機拍攝樓宇外牆的高空影像,找出外牆的潛在結構風險。
-內置紅外線熱感鏡頭,收集外牆的溫度數據;
-相比起從對面樓宇使用手持紅外線測試儀,航拍能更近距離測溫,
準確度亦相對較高。
Moisture Content Test

Applicable to case with obvious signage of water leakages, but according to standard of Building Department, the result should over 35% for confirmed instead of 18% from International Standard
