微波斷層測試
-運用微波使水分子振動的原理，偵測建築物料內結構層的濕度。
-使用不同深度的探頭（30mm、70mm及110mm）
測試結構內層濕度，能夠探測到未能以紅外線掃描的深層滲漏。
-通過量度不同位置及深度的濕度百分比，組成微波濕度分佈圖，
從而分析到滲水源頭、路線、深度及覆蓋範圍。

Applicable to cases which water seepage/leakage identified at external wall, which in result has water marks observed internally.

航拍外牆偵測
-以航拍機拍攝樓宇外牆的高空影像，找出外牆的潛在結構風險。
-內置紅外線熱感鏡頭，收集外牆的溫度數據；
-相比起從對面樓宇使用手持紅外線測試儀，航拍能更近距離測溫，
準確度亦相對較高。
Moisture Content Test

Applicable to case with obvious signage of water leakages, but according to standard of Building Department, the result should over 35% for confirmed instead of 18% from International Standard
