Delivery Information and Sales Terms:

Orders for Hong Kong Region:

• Delivery Time: Estimated 3-6 working days (for outlying islands, estimated 4-7 working days).
• SF Express may charge additional fees for specific delivery addresses; please inquire with SF Express for details.
• During the order confirmation period, after selecting the relevant delivery service, the system will prompt you with available delivery options and their associated charges.
• When providing delivery details, you must provide a valid mobile number for Hong Kong / Macau / Mainland China. Otherwise, SF Express will be unable to contact you to arrange delivery or send any "pickup reminder" messages.
• If the address you provide differs from the actual delivery address, resulting in delivery issues and the product being returned, we will not be able to refund the shipping costs. However, this will not affect the refund for the purchased order.

Orders for Macau Region:

• Delivery Time: Estimated 5-8 working days.
• SF Express may charge additional fees for specific delivery addresses; please inquire with SF Express for details.
• During the order confirmation period, after selecting the relevant delivery service, the system will prompt you with available delivery options and their associated charges.
• When providing delivery details, you must provide a valid mobile number for Hong Kong / Macau / Mainland China. Otherwise, SF Express will be unable to contact you to arrange delivery or send any "pickup reminder" messages.
• If the address you provide differs from the actual delivery address, resulting in delivery issues and the product being returned, we will not be able to refund the shipping costs. However, this will not affect the refund for the purchased order.

Additional Information:

• Working days do not include public holidays and Sundays.
• After order confirmation, changes cannot be made. If you need to make changes (and the order has not been paid), please cancel the order and repurchase. If payment has been made, please contact us (phone: 5926-2799). If cancellation is not possible, please refuse to accept the order. Once the product is successfully returned to the distribution centre, you will receive a refund.
• Cash on delivery is only available for Hong Kong orders. The courier will contact you regarding the delivery time and will only accept cash payments. Please note that the courier cannot handle returns or exchanges.
• A valid mobile number for Hong Kong / Macau / Mainland China must be provided when purchasing; otherwise, SF Express will be unable to contact you to arrange delivery or send any "pickup reminder" messages. No changes can be made after order confirmation.
• For orders that cannot be successfully delivered due to incomplete address details or invalid mobile numbers, shipping costs will not be refunded. If your order cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to TAPPRO, and we will process a refund for the product only; shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Delivery is currently limited to business and residential addresses in Hong Kong and Macau (excluding restricted zones).
